On the first floor of Casale Santa Maria an elegant and bright studio has been created, which skilfully combines ancient materials and technical details.
Equipped with all comforts and with an unparalleled view of the Marquisate of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and the pool area, this studio can accommodate two people.
The ground floor patio offers a pleasant relaxation area, where you can enjoy an aperitivo in the company of the other Guests.
Minimum stay three nights.
From 8 to 21 August, minimum stay five nights.

Check-in from 15:00 / Check-out by 11:00.
The rates are per night / per Casale.
Ca’ di Nieri undertakes to respond in writing to all reservations within 12 hours of receiving them.
Reservations are considered definitively confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay, including the costs of any optional services booked in conjunction.
In case of cancellation, the deposit refund policy is the following:
No reimbursement will be due if the cancellation occurs within the last 7 days from the check-in date, except for reasons strictly related to the Covid-19 emergency, where the reimbursement will be 100% up to 48 hours from check-in by presenting a positive certificate.
The cancellation of optional services booked in advance or in conjunction with the stay is subject to the conditions of the service provider and may include charges for short notice terms. The conditions of supply of each service will be communicated on booking.
Guests are kindly asked to refrain from smoking in the Casali and in the common areas of the property. Pets not allowed, as specified in our Pet Policy.
The swimming pool is not manned by lifeguard: we kindly invite the Guests not to run, jump or dive into the water. In addition, access to the pool area for children up to 12 years of age is only allowed in the presence of an adult.
Ca’ di Nieri declines any responsibility for possible damages deriving from the non-compliance with these rule. Pool Policy available on site.
Ca’ di Nieri The Saints’ Lodge is immersed in a protected nature reserve, populated by deers, foxes, wild boars, hedgehogs, wolves and other forest animals. Miss, Speedy and Coco, Barbara and Giorgio’s three cats, also live here.
In consideration of their presence and for the well-being of the beloved pets, we kindly invite our Guests not to bring any dogs, cats and other pets of any size and type to Ca’ di Nieri The Saints’ Lodge.
